すべてのレビューを表示Sophia was super sweet. I brought my mom who’s super new to Pilates and never really has something positive to say after class but she LOVED Sophia’s class. She even said she wants to come back to her.

すべてのレビューを表示It was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.
