I appreciate how she walks around the room as she cues while bringing us in and out of each pose effortlessly. Her encouragement through the challenging flows was amazing. Simply a beautifully and well balanced class overall!

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time at this studio. I’m a beginner and have only taken a few classes at a different place. The staff was friendly and the instructor provided a good flow that I found challenging but not too challenging I couldn’t keep up. I will be back!

The last class I attended at Caffe Yoga was Erin’s last class at the district location so it was so heartwarming to see how the new studio has come together! The only slight downside today was people coming in late and trying to wiggle their way to the back of the room - it was quite distracting and loud while we had our eyes closed trying to focus and begin practice. I wonder if there can be a space closer to the door reserved for late comers. Other than that, great class!

すべてのレビューを表示I love this class with Katrina bc it is very challenging and not traditional. She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. She is a knowledgeable teacher and I look forward to her class weekly!

Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. I felt challenged but safe, highly recommend Julie to anyone!!

Location is on busy intersection- will come way earlier to not get stuck in waiting to turn in the lot lol. Really loved the class and cool flow. Good vibes all around :)

My HIIT bootcamp of 6 yrs closed recently, and that place made me drip to where I felt like I worked out good for the day. Moving to this area I was so happy to find this place. It’s similar exercises, reps, counts, and coaching to make you sweat and adequately work the muscle groups. Will be back again and again!
