I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !

As a newbie I referenced the screens for reminders and used lower weights. And today, my glutes reminded me they exist! there about 7 of us in class. felt like I worked out when I left and today my muscles are reminding me that it feels good to workout.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

The class focused on stretching, balance, breathing, and learning the fundamentals of yoga in a way that felt peaceful and restorative. I ended up being the only person in class, and Pam made the experience feel so personal. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and easy to follow. She explained each pose, helped me with my form, and created such a calm, welcoming environment. I left feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and excited to continue learning yoga. I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable. すべてのレビューを表示After a very painful muscle tightness in my back near my scapula and down my spine, I needed a massage very badly. I also had a facial as a bonus. Christine did my facial and was gentle while explaining what she was doing. Since I am 66 yrs old, I did the Vitamin C and she added a few extra combinations for my skin. Tammy was excellent. She found every spot that needed extra attention. Due to stress, I had a lot of knots. She knew exactly how to worked on them and did even more to find the tension in my neck, jaw, back, and shoulder. I would highly recommend them. Looking forward for my next appointments.
