    Emily was amazing! Got there early enough for her to show me all the sets and how to do them. She also kept checking in with me to make sure I felt comfortable and my form was good. Definitely a great workout with all the best jams. Can’t wait to come back for another class.

    Great class overall! Love Emaline’s energy. I do wish it was easier to understand the instructors over the music. I think shouting into the mic makes it sound fuzzy. Fantastic class and loved the programming. I like that it was easier to move between A, B, and C more easily. Will keep coming back!

    I only go to Top Notch occasionally (let alone a 6am class) but today was my favorite experience! Kaylee had amazing energy and it was exactly what I needed in the morning. I laughed and smiled throughout this whole workout even though it was a conditioning day 🥵 music was great and she also happened to play my favorite workout song (pressure, alesso) and it boosted my energy tenfold. Thank you for a great time Kaylee!

    Ok I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

    Class was great! Instructor was so nice and encouraging and was right along with us. It was rough! I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.
