What a way to come back to my first fitness love. Sprint don’t run to this spot. You’re going to leave hotter than you entered 😜🔥

すべてのレビューを表示Taylor was really good at cueing and I really enjoyed her flow. Her class is the perfect amount of challenging for my active recovery day. She was good at explaining the moves and walked around to check form. I would definitely take her class again.

It was my first time on the reformer and I was super nervous going in, but with how warm her energy is and how clear her instructions are, all my nerves melted away instantly. I really enjoy the playlist as it really sets the tone. I enjoy the presence I feel during the entire experience. The studio is always so clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Her hands-on adjustments were incredible.. exactly what I needed to deepen each pose!! I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and so refreshed. I will definitely be back for another class!
