すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time ever on a hoop and, with the instructor’s guidance and motivation, I was able to complete an entire routine by the end of class! It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. I also appreciate we were encouraged and given time to record the results, as I’d love to remember it and share it with others. Great vibes from the instructor as well!

すべてのレビューを表示Whew, prepare to work! Natalie offers a variety of exercises and adapts them based on your experience/capabilities, and she’s so kind and helpful. I have tight hips and working through a strained hamstring and she provided guidance and tips to help open them up. The space is also warm and inviting, would def recommend giving it a try!
