I have been practicing Pilates for seven years but, due to a bone spur in my neck, can’t handle the more advanced classes anymore. This class is a godsend—it’s slow and steady, makes your body shake, works my abs in the best way, and stretches me out without straining my neck. I just love it so much.

Such a good workout, and I love that she makes sure to correct you when needed and makes you feel super welcome ♥️ playlist is also great 😍

すべてのレビューを表示Love Montana’s class! She really gives you a great workout with small movements that burn. All of the moves are very safe with baby in carrier also and do not feel awkward. Other instructors attempt for you to do push ups or plank while the baby is in the carrier- these moves are fine solo but not while baby is in carrier.

She even recommended me to be in the front to be able to get a better view of the movements and so she can keep an eye on how I’m doing even adjusting my form when needed! The workouts may seem easy but don’t let it fool you those pulses are killer, loved it!🌟🌟🌟

They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough. Instructor was really wonderful - super kind and the class was hard enough to feel great after!
