I appreciate how she walks around the room as she cues while bringing us in and out of each pose effortlessly. Her encouragement through the challenging flows was amazing. すべてのレビューを表示I love this class with Katrina bc it is very challenging and not traditional. She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. She is a knowledgeable teacher and I look forward to her class weekly!
