The class had great energy and it took relaxation while stretching to a whole new level. They supplied mats, coded lockers, and showers. We also got a cold, scented towel at the end.

すべてのレビューを表示I really really like Neasa’s classes. Feels to me like everything you could want from a yoga class all within the hour. You do break a sweat and get the heart rate up and feel challenged but there’s such a lovely emphasis on being kind to yourself throughout and some more spiritual stuff that’s just very well done. I always leave feeling fantastic and feel so good for a few days after.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this class. It catered to all levels—beginners, intermediates, and advanced—with various challenges. In this Reformer class, we used additional equipment, which I really liked because it added challenge and made it more interesting. The instructor introduced new exercises, and actually, the whole class consisted of exercises I had never tried before, which I really liked. The only small downside is that as the number of Reformers increased, the class size also increased, leaving the instructor with less chance to give individual corrections.
