The motivation and expertise she brings to every class is unmatched - this was especially obvious the last two weeks while she was on holidays. No other instructor came close to her levels of energy and skill. I have always struggled to stay consistent with my Pilates practice but since Eloise took over this Saturday morning class back in January I haven’t missed a single week! I give her full credit for my own progress and confidence she has built in me and everyone else that attends her classes.

すべてのレビューを表示Jane’s Sunday evening class in Segotia is easily the highlight of my week, it’s the best way to end the weekend and prepare for the week ahead. I always leave feeling like I’m floating. 🤍 The Yin practice itself is always gentle, and Jane regularly introduces readings, poetry and music, complimenting the poses in a subtle way and always around a wider theme that is weaved throughout the practice. The environment is so calm, and Jane’s teaching is so thoughtful.
