すべてのレビューを表示I started with Compression Therapy for my legs. Then, I tried the Hot & Cold Therapy. I personally did 10 minutes in the cold and 10 minutes in the hot, but I would recommend choosing the timing based on what feels best and most comfortable for you. I finished my session with 15 minutes in the infrared sauna, which was a really nice way to end the whole experience. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and they explain everything you’re going to do throughout the session, which makes you feel very comfortable and safe. The facilities are amazing, clean, and very welcoming. I had my session in the evening and was practically there on my own, which I actually enjoyed even more because it made the experience feel very peaceful and relaxing. One little recommendation: if you’re planning to do the full circuit, bring a change of clothes and your own towel. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and welcoming recovery experience. ✨
