すべてのレビューを表示Did the rooftop Qi Gong class this morning. Wow!!! The space is incredible, and the practise was lead by the beautiful gentle soul Adam. I’m so grateful to have experienced this class, it’s a wonderful way to start your Sunday morning and set you up for your week ahead! I can’t remember the last time I was present in my body like this morning. This was the first class I’ve done and it’s definitely something I’d like to continue. Don’t be shy if you’re a beginner like me, Adam is very welcoming and accomodating to everyone, never felt any pressure, just be present in yourself and the rest will flow with time. Thank you thank you thank you!! :)
