The music was a little loud (it was hard to hear the directions sometimes) but I’ll definitely be going back!

Matt was super friendly and helpful with exercises. Note that you partner up and alternate with them in block A. Would have been better doing alternating in later blocks so when you are waiting you welcome the rest rather than wanting to jump in and pump when you come in full of energy. Also the weights can be heavy for first time females so feel free to do body weight (totally fine) or get some lighter weights to what is there for first rep while you get used to it.

Her guidance is clear and encouraging, and she takes the time to walk us through every step of each exercise.
