She is very technical and so experienced and has that attention to detail through her verbal cues and in the way she describes how to execute certain movements to help people achieve it.     Great space, dark and motivating music at right volume. Wasn’t like a scary nightclub at all that I was expecting from some of the reviews. Matt was super friendly and helpful with exercises. Note that you partner up and alternate with them in block A. Would have been better doing alternating in later blocks so when you are waiting you welcome the rest rather than wanting to jump in and pump when you come in full of energy. Also the weights can be heavy for first time females so feel free to do body weight (totally fine) or get some lighter weights to what is there for first rep while you get used to it.

    I’ve really enjoyed every reformer session with Susan. She is incredibly attentive, always correcting our form and making sure every movement is done properly and safely. Her guidance is clear and encouraging, and she takes the time to walk us through every step of each exercise. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping everyone improve and feel confident throughout the class. Every session is motivating, well-structured, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
