The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

I was never confused about what to do because of how clear and precise her words were without having to demonstrate the postures herself. The warm up and cool down was so grounding, focusing on breath, centering, and setting intentions. All and all, just a really great class.

First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia. She gave me pointers on how to use my own cups better to loosen the fascia on my body. I appreciate her knowledge and technique! Will absolutely be back!!!
