すべてのレビューを表示Coach Ray is so good. I feel like I can make mistakes with her. I dont feel judged as a beginner, which is really important when learning something new. The workout is HARD. You’re going to sweat. But… you also get what you put into it. Show up ready to learn, ready to push yourself, and you’ll have fun! This location has a shower but it’s a little awkward. It would be a bit challenging to shower and get ready for work here because you’d be taking up one of two bathrooms. Other than that this has been a good gym!

Once we started doing boxing exercises (after warming up), the instructor pulled the newbies and showed us the basics (jab, cross, hook) and stances which was nice so we could at least get a foundation. Definitely a good start and will definitely continue showing up.

すべてのレビューを表示Class is intimate and has a great format: partner work, stations that include cardio, weights, abs, and 1 on 1 time w the instructor. I worked up a great sweat, really enjoyed the company of the friendly and encouraging ladies there, and appreciated the time Andres took to teach certain points and push me in our 1 on 1 time. It's a great class and studio, and I hope to be in the area again so I can go back!

すべてのレビューを表示If you're looking to get into boxing/kickboxing and train, this is the place to be! The instructor is very sweet and encouraging, and I was quickly able to learn the fundamentals. Overall it was a positive experience and symbolic of the underdog spirit that boxers have. I look forward to training with him again! The class has a clear structure, stretching/warm-ups including a short burst of cardio, three sets of boxing and kicking interspersed with core work, cool-down, all backed with an inspirational playlist.
