She was gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that at the end of the treatment, she mentioned she was going to do red light therapy. I assumed it was included as part of the service, but after I had tipped, I was told it was an additional $40 for the red light. I didn’t realize it was an optional add-on with an extra charge. I think it would be helpful if clients were informed of the cost beforehand so they can choose whether they’d like to add it. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely see her again.
