I requested medium deep pressure and it was pretty intense at times! She really tried to help me get the knots out of my shoulders. Really liked the legs and glute massage with the knees. I workout a lot and get really tight glutes sometimes so this was great. Will come again!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.

The combo massage was intense, but I was so sore from taking so many dance classes this week that I needed it. You can always ask for the masseuse to go lighter and more gentle. They have private rooms and it was a relaxing friendly vibe. They offer parking and also you can park in the neighborhood just look at signs. I had signed up for aroma therapy, but upon assessment she decided to give me a deep tissue because of my specific issues, which I really appreciated. He started with massaging the face, after he soaked my feet in warm water, and was very professional with movements, speed of returning from gathering hot stones or towels. The ceiling was unappealing, but didn’t really matter once one closes their eyes. I notified them about ten minutes before that I was going to be twenty minutes late and they said they would wait for me. That was very kind of them as cancellation would have resulted in a fee. After my massage, I went out to give Ricky his gratuity and he gave me a loyalty card and let me know after ten massages, they give one massage for free for one hour.

It’s very heavily focused on scalp, face, and shoulders, which I loved! But I wish I made sure she knew I needed more low back/legs (pain from my pregnancy) because I didn’t get much of it after the top half. I felt really relaxed afterwards though! 💆🏻♀️
