It is too much and too heavy for the instructor to do on her own. Some of the students, including myself, pitch in to help, others just stand around, which is a little bit awkward. The instructor Natalie was amazing—super helpful, corrected form when needed, and somehow made me feel comfortable while I flailed around like a weird earthworm on a pole attempting a rainbow kick. The judgment-free vibe made it fun, and my midlife crisis would definitely try again!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing. Easy to find. I walked in nervous and walked out confident. Will be returning, this was what I needed!
