すべてのレビューを表示Really fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

She created such a friendly and positive environment, which made the whole experience even better. すべてのレビューを表示Open gym was great! It was right after a hammock class so all hammocks were up which made it easy to hop into my own training since that’s what I wanted to work on. I assume if you wanted to use a different apparatus, it would be accommodated. Next time I’ll bring my headphones so I can listen to my own music (music in the studio was very zen spa type for this open gym session). I highly recommend open gym time! It was so fun!

I’ve been trying to get into reformer Pilates but found there wasn’t really a balance of stretching and strength that I needed after 6 different studios so I pivoted to aerial silks and boy am I glad! Perfect mixed level class where modifications & challenges were given as options. Instructions were clear, timing/reps were reasonable, and I didn’t need ear plugs for the music here. Can’t wait to try another class with Krystal!

I was able to do things I didn’t think I was capable of. I will definitely book another class as it’s nice to push ur boundaries. I highly recommend this class & the instructor.

It was nice to see the progression from a couple days to years of training. She corrected my form and gave me tips to improve without wrist and muscle strain. I will definitely train at this studio again! definitely recommend trying their different classes and be sure to check the required and suggested attire.

すべてのレビューを表示OMG, the most fun class I’ve ever taken! Instructor Christina was so wonderful and entering such great vibes from Jada, love how they welcome and accommodate new people. It probably could be intimidating for a first timer, but Christina was so great to show me how to get into the different poses. I really felt flashbacks to childhood hanging upside down on the monkey bars. Absolutely so fun! Can’t wait to come back!
