They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!

Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

My favorite massage in Ubud! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed in with a huge smile and genuine hospitality from the lovely receptionist Budi, and my therapist Manik. I had the deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. The strokes were longer than normally in deep tissue but it was very relaxing and my tension softened. She checked in about pressure and adjusted accordingly. The head massage was incredible too, she knew all the spots!

Paket treatmentnya super komplit dari head to tow, proses pengerjaan treatment nya di lakukan di tempat yg private (sauna, bathroom, bathtub, toilet, shower) dan therapist yang sangat skillful. Selesai semua treatment, kita dikasi tekwan dan hot ginger (sebuah penutupan yg sangat perfect). Pulang dr sini dijamin stress dan pegel2 hilang semuanya,,,, makasi banyak aarti 🫶🏻
