I always feel sorry that they have to spend extra time on me cos I have so much hair. Although I think they recently changed the formulation. Don’t remember having to wear a facemask before this. Best nail salon EVER. It didnt feel like I was getting my nails done because of the cozy vibes. All nail salon usually left my body sore because of the uncomfortable position I had to be in for hours. Had a wonderful experience trying their gel pedicure, espresso ritual foot spa, and foot paraffin. The clinic is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The manager (or owner?) gave a warm welcome with a choice of water or tea, and Ate Maricel (or Marcel?) was so gentle and handled my feet with care. I will absolutely be back!

Had a wonderful experience trying their gel pedicure, espresso ritual foot spa, and foot paraffin. The clinic is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The experience was amazing! The place was small but I found no fault in that bc it seemed like a private experience. The place was also spotless & clean. The booking was smooth. Staff were kind & accommodating. The therapist assigned to me was SO GOOD! I was 101% satisfied with everything. PWD friendly too!

Lax Spa is always exceptional, from the front desk service to the treatments. I forgot my therapist’s name, but she wore a hijab and glasses. Her massage was firm yet gentle, and the body scrub was also gentle, even on eczema-prone skin. I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended.

They did not do a heel scrub during the foot spa, just sugar/salt scrub and mask and lotion and thorough pedicure will gel nails (including glitter) it was nice however 300 baht for gel removal is kind of criminal. Overall I had a great experience which I am thankful for, but it’s not likely that I would come back.

The lash artist was very gentle and meticulous, so the whole process was comfortable and relaxing. The studio is clean, beautiful, and has such a luxurious atmosphere. My lashes feel lightweight and not heavy at all. Definitely one of the best lash experiences I’ve had in Bali. Highly recommend and will be coming back! ✨
