They don’t hard sell as if you have bad flaws and need products to get better. You can feel the beautician always put in so much effort, I love it. Every session I’m able to relax and leave happy. She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff who first assisted me (sorry, I forgot to ask for her name!) was very warm and kind. Ms. May was my aesthetician, and she was really good at explaining my skin analysis results.
