It was a nice time for my first experience, even it was time mistake with the haircut Appointment they tried their best and bring me the hairdresser because they was close at 8 PM. Even though the process took a long time to finish, he really did everything the correct way from start to finish — I totally appreciate how meticulous he is and did not waiver even though I know it was quite tiring! My hair turned a bit brassy after the treatment, so I purchased their Teknia shampoo & mask, and they applied it for me with no hesitation.
