すべてのレビューを表示I had no idea what to expect going into it. It moved really fast and I struggled at first to keep up or remember the choreo. The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.

すべてのレビューを表示Melissa was fantastic. It was my first time and she made me feel so welcome. Everyone in the class did. It was such a fun way to get my cardio in! Pound works on so many levels- cardio, body weight conditioning, coordination, balance. My brain was as engaged as my body. Melissa gives enthusiastic instruction without making you feel like you’re falling behind. She was encouraging and energetic. I’ll definitely be back.
