    I had no idea what to expect going into it. It moved really fast and I struggled at first to keep up or remember the choreo. The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.
