すべてのレビューを表示I attended a weekday class and was lucky enough to the class just for myself. The teacher was friendly and very helpful. The class focused a lot on stretching, and it was easygoing and relaxing, complemented by calming nature sounds. I’ll definitely go back again!

We also got a really good full body workout on top of the technical training. They put on a feed afterwards and was an overall 100/10 experience

すべてのレビューを表示Once again, I had an amazing workout at Cloud8 CF! I did the Build and Burn class with Coach Nick. The workout was designed with a strength piece and then some really fun cardio! Nick is an excellent coach that encourages you, but also tactfully helps you improve your form. He explains when to push hard and when is a great time to slow your pace and catch your breath. I really enjoyed Cloud8, once again!
