すべてのレビューを表示Such a lovely and fun class, with a burn! Khun Nid was clear, patient, and attentive, teaching the class in both Thai and English, and going around to adjust our poses. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

The music, the trainer, the light, the focus on breathing - everything contributes to a very deep contact with the body. Already at the very end, in shavasana, in total relaxation, I felt that during the class I had experienced a real rebirth for my body 🪐. The trainer was attentive to every participant in the process and found the right words to calm the brain and reveal the strength of the body. Thank you, Marcelo. Was great experience 🙏
