すべてのレビューを表示First time trying and it was a lot of fun. It does require upper body strength but I feel like not as much as pole. The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

But I still love her foundations class because her vibes bring me peace and I enjoy being able to unwind and decompress in her foundations class. She is so good with hands on adjustments and verbal cues and I’m honestly thankful for her. So perfect and welcoming for beginners to yoga!

すべてのレビューを表示This is how yoga is supposed to be taught: detailed instructions, enough time to really get into the posture, and corrections from the instructor if something needs to be adjusted. Friendly vibe. I highly recommend this studio and instrucotor, will come back.🤍

Location is on busy intersection- will come way earlier to not get stuck in waiting to turn in the lot lol. Really loved the class and cool flow. Good vibes all around :)
