すべてのレビューを表示Athena is a great instructor! Her energy is perfectly present, she articulates the words and times her words so it is so calming. I had one of the best classes today and it was because Athena’s natural calm energy allowed me to stay in the present. 10/10!

すべてのレビューを表示Sonali is the best!! Her cues are super clear, the pace is good, the class is challenging yet still great for beginners! She adjusts your form as needed and makes accommodations for you without you having to ask. I hate that the class if only 45 min, but with Sonali, you’re still going to get a good workout in!

すべてのレビューを表示Sofi embodies femininity , sensuality , confidence, beauty and creativity . Just someone to look up to while you’re taking her class . She Is very patient and what I appreciated About her teaching is that she will continue to practice a movement with the class until everyone is ready. . I definitely need that but She makes her class feel like a safe space and it is that little detail that makes me want to come back. Not to mention , it was so much fun wearing the coin skirts !!!

すべてのレビューを表示Katie’s class was so much fun!! She brought such an uplifting and inclusive energy. Really great music and fun choreo. Class was just the right level of choreo to be a bit challenging, but still able to follow. (As someone who has not done dance choreo for about 15 years as a teen!) Definitely got some great cardio in and a good sweat. A refreshing, mentally engaging way to move! A great change up from typical fitness classes.

すべてのレビューを表示Mando was great. There were multiple levels that people were at, and he catered well to all of us. I loved how he really focuses on technique and mastering the basics. He is very encouraging and really pushes you to see what you are capable of (which i really appreciated). If someone is ready to learn more, or if someone needs to step back and take a break he is very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!!

She made herself aware of our injuries and checked everyone’s form throughout class and adjusted us to make sure we had proper form. Such a good workout and I left feeling great!
