すべてのレビューを表示Overall a good class but I would have liked it if the instructor demoed the exercises more thoroughly. He said to start "bear pushups or regular if you want" - okay so what are bear pushups? And "do whatever curls" without specifying equipment.

すべてのレビューを表示Just a heads up so you don't get offended but this crazy amazing instructor likes to tell people their the sh*t. One could easily think she's calling someone a piece of sh*t but really it's her loving way of encouraging people. You have to know her to love her. You'll be hard pressed to find another instructor who loves their job more and brings her A game to every class. Char will challenge the most advanced rider yet give plenty of instruction to the first time rider. She's always full of encouragement and fun, you won't be disappointed.

It was challenging but in the best way, and Pauline offered modifications and encouragement along the way. I highly recommend you try Pauline’s classes!
