    Mila is the best instructor . 🙌 very clear verbal instructions and demonstration before each sets , and it’s always targeted and never boring. I don’t have to mentally count down to end of class cuz it’s easy to get immersed in the reps and just listen to her .

    Body Toning and Strength Conditioning

    It was a great class, not too many people so we could focus more on our form and movement through our body with adequate help from the instructor. He was great to work with, communicated and helped very well. Would recommend this class.
