I often feel rushed at appointments, but she took her time, explained her process thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Another thing that really stood out to me was seeing her clean and sanitize almost immediately after I left. That truly speaks volumes about her work ethic and how much she cares about keeping her space clean and professional. Honestly I don’t mind waiting if I know the technician is the kind of person to make sure their customers are satisfied. Overall I think my brow lamination and lash lift turned out great. It was my first experience and I love it other than my brows are a little too dark on day one, but hopefully it fades.
