She prefers being contacted for appointments as the class pass schedule doesnt always notify her and might double book you with another client. She said she prefers to be called or texted to book services. Also side note: her suite is located in a coworker office space and there are other non-aestheticians in the space, such as a paralegal group in close proximity (same hallway). It is private space but I was not expecting that going in.

Honestly I don’t mind waiting if I know the technician is the kind of person to make sure their customers are satisfied. Overall I think my brow lamination and lash lift turned out great. It was my first experience and I love it other than my brows are a little too dark on day one, but hopefully it fades.
