すべてのレビューを表示Loved this Lift class! I’m really trying to incorporate more strength training into my weekly routine, and this format was exactly what I needed. The workout was challenging in the best way and left me feeling strong without feeling completely drained after. I also genuinely appreciate that the studio offers both Lift with cardio and Lift without cardio options. Being able to focus mainly on strength training made the workout so much more enjoyable without having to catch my breath in between sets if there was cardio in between. Definitely adding this class into my routine.

Then I had the pleasure to be with Yudis for a 90min Swedish massage where she literally lifted a weight of my shoulders. I felt so incredibly relaxed. Had so much back pain and muscle tension and I felt such a significant difference afterwards. I’m so grateful I found them!! Yudis you’re the best!!!!!!

I checked in early, enjoyed the individual sauna rooms with cold water, extra towels, cold face towels with eucalyptus ! the sauna had speakers and a TV inside so although you are in the heat, it makes it comfortable. you can connect your phone to Netflix and relax. I feel so relaxed. The staff was friendly as well.

The owner is so kind and will walk you through the entire process if you are new to any of the modalities. She really took her time with me when I came in to do a session in the hyperbaric chamber, it was my first time and I was very apprehensive and had a fear of being claustrophobic. She made me feel at ease by explaining to everything to me and my experience was 10/10 I can’t wait to go back.

すべてのレビューを表示This is my first time going to the studio and I absolutely loved it. I really enjoy ease and no hassle in my life at this time and that’s exactly what the studio provided. There’s no mandatory things that you need to bring like grip socks and mats. No mandatory 15 minutes early, no mandatory registration beforehand. I just pulled up parked, entered the studio. checked in, the instructor asked for my name and I was guided into the studio. The mats and any equipment needed for the exercise are provided and I especially loved the eucalyptus rags after the heated class. The studio is gorgeous and Lindsay is a great instructor. I got a great workout and I will be returning!
