すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great! He was very helpful with helping people get into poses properly and offering guidance throughout class. We enjoyed his lively personality & meditative, inspiring words throughout class. The studio was a good size and the class was not full. I was new to not having a mirror to look at, which made balancing a bit tricky, but I didn’t mind it. Overall awesome class!

すべてのレビューを表示Great energy, atmosphere. The space is clean and inviting and the props are great. I specifically liked CJs cues and the balance of movement, stretch and strength in his sequence. It was restorative in a very active way and I would definitely recommend this space. I wish I lived in the island to take advantage of their intro special
