すべてのレビューを表示This class was a nice change from usual Sculpt classes I’ve taken at CP - fast-paced and lots of different exercises with quick transitions. Challenging but kept it interesting and engaging! Would love to hear more female artists on the playlist as it felt a bit male-centric.

すべてのレビューを表示1. She has a video of how to get to the studio on IG. It’s tucked away above the crossfit gym like a treehouse. Very cute. 2. Loved this class!! Great new studio and teacher. I’m usually a “slow quiet class with many corrections” type of person but this was very chill for a “weights and music” type of class. Tammy is the sweetest and I’m telling people I know to go here.

すべてのレビューを表示Please disregard the one star review because the directions were fine for me. Sara was AWESOME! She prepared blocks and straps for us and in the end she brought out aromatherapy (so unique!) The class setting was beautiful, sunset, palm trees, ocean waves. What more could you ask for? Don’t worry if you are a beginner because Sara guides us gently and with support and modifications. This was a wonderful class, I’ll definitely go again.
