The reception team, especially Jimmy, was very friendly and professional they made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff did a skin analysis before my facial, suggested additional treatments, and took before/after photos. However, the 20-minute delay before the treatment was inconvenient given my one-hour slot.
