This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

すべてのレビューを表示i wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

Natasha was firm yet loving and positive. She spoke so much life into us, affirming and correcting all throughout. That was amazing! Amazing class, amazing instructor, amazing staff up front. すべてのレビューを表示i’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

すべてのレビューを表示The vibe of the studio is very welcoming and calm. It felt intimate and you could really tell Tasheena led the class with empathy and wanted everyone to feel welcome and safe. The added touch of the oil and oracle card at the end was great! I also really enjoyed the sound bath! It was a bunch of great things in one class! If you are looking to strengthen your spiritual practice or just connect to yourself, this is a great place to do that.

She had great things to say about the other instructors, and because I trusted her implicitly and immediately after meeting her today (lol!) I’m sure they are also amazing! She was sensitive to a mobility issue of mine during the Yin session, which felt great. The instruments are LOUD in the best way, really vibrated the thoughts and fears out of my whole skull. I’ll definitely be back.
