すべてのレビューを表示I liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

The added touch of the oil and oracle card at the end was great! I also really enjoyed the sound bath! It was a bunch of great things in one class! She really worked through my tension, and I left feeling relaxed and so much better overall. My only wish is that the massage had lasted longer because it felt so good!
