Normally I wouldn’t mind because I often am dying of heat in a workout class but I didn’t break a sweat once! Might be a personal issue but, it made my mind feel like I wasn’t working as hard. Class kicked my butt anyways.

すべてのレビューを表示I love this class and literally could lay there forever at the end, sooo zen and ready for bed after this time slot. Just a note, I felt the music was faster and more upbeat than what I’d like in a restore class. A slower playlist would really elevate the relaxing vibes ✨

すべてのレビューを表示I honestly don’t think I’ve ever taken a workout class where I was sad that it was ending. It was my first time visiting the studio and I wanted to be there all day. Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Wow that was a great workout! Tough class, sculpt is definitely not for beginners, but you’ll feel amazing afterwards. 🤩 This class in particular felt hotter than usual but in a good way! Haha. Instructor’s energy was amazing throughout the whole time. The music choice switch up towards the end was great too kept the room’s energy high! Thank you 🙏

すべてのレビューを表示i’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

すべてのレビューを表示Incredible class! Mike was awesome. i was definitely pushed and got an incredible workout in. If you like circuit/strength/sled pushes, etc - this is the studio. Mike was also very mindful of my injury and made sure I was good with the exercises. love the energy and vibe of the trainers and clients. I will be back!
