すべてのレビューを表示Tianna was a real treat on a beautifully sunny and hot day for any yogi. She was energetic and knew just how to read the room—giving cues and goals for everyone. Her directions were easy to follow and i loved her reminders for what we should be attaining in class or in a posture. Will be back to see her at Astro for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示I found the class to be very inspirational. The entire studio was warm and welcoming; I loved my experience. I highly recommend the studio because not only was there a high-level of care given to my personal practice but I found a sincere and profound connection with Shiva yoga through understanding their value of a strong sense of community. I encourage anyone to try this studio out if you are a true yoga practitioner or may be a beginner- you are welcomed here. They know what they are doing.
