But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

I think it was called, going through and relaxing each part of the body. It took up a bit of time and felt like this time could've been more productive doing something else

すべてのレビューを表示Dr Clara is sooooo INCREDIBLE!!! I went in for gua sha to see how an expert would approach it, and it was much different than what my YouTube videos led me to believe! I could feel the stagnant lymph nodes in my face and her process of drainage. My face was snatched after that! She also gave me complimentary acupuncture needles for my foot sprain. She’s also incredibly kind with a soothing energy. I can’t wait to go back :)

Her directions were easy to follow and i loved her reminders for what we should be attaining in class or in a posture. Will be back to see her at Astro for sure!

I highly recommend the studio because not only was there a high-level of care given to my personal practice but I found a sincere and profound connection with Shiva yoga through understanding their value of a strong sense of community. I encourage anyone to try this studio out if you are a true yoga practitioner or may be a beginner- you are welcomed here. They know what they are doing.
