I took one star off because this was my first time using credits for a food purchase somewhere and the employee taking my order acted annoyed with me that I didn’t know what I needed to show him to redeem it. I was also the only person in the store, so it’s not like there was a line of people I was holding up. I just was trying to show whatever I needed to properly redeem this. Certainly not a welcoming experience.

It is very clean, cozy, the music is not loud, and the food is incredibly delicious and filling. The fish is of excellent quality and very fresh. I showed the order confirmation when i got there as instructed on the app and they started preparing my order then. I had to wait for 20-25 minutes because it was peak dinner hour. It would be great if it worked like other food delivery apps- order for pick up at a certain time, restaurant prepares the meal for that time slot, i pick up at that time.
