すべてのレビューを表示First 90 min hot yoga class, instructor was very good and clear in instructions, and is very supportive, we left the class to fresh watermelon served! Second class at this studio, i would come again but be prepared for a longer heated class if taking a 60+ hot class.

すべてのレビューを表示I always look forward to Sunday yoga class, I have learnt so much about breathing and how to calm my nervous system, I have gained flexibility and strength in my body with the yoga practice. Shawn makes every class challenging, different and fun, his voice and personality takes the classes to another level, he encourages us to meditate while in savasana and I have reached a level of peace that I can’t explain, I like to bring friends from time to time to share the experience of this class and hoping they reach the state of flow that we do in his class.

すべてのレビューを表示It was fun to enjoy. Next time if there are bikes available, I might ask to be not next to the speaker. My ear was throbbing from the loud music for the entire time. It was hard to hear the instructors too. But love that I could go at my own pace.
