Really very nice orchestration of challenging, engaging largely accessible sculpt sequences (with a couple of peak poses beyond my practice or goals, fun to take a shot at, nonetheless). After class while organizing belongings prior to departure, was already virtually empty in between classes when upon gently asking a core crew member, they declined studio mat spray usage for personal mat—seemed a bit odd, especially as someone who works at a neighboring studio where this small courtesy would invariably be accommodated, though no biggie regardless.

すべてのレビューを表示Classic Pilates class. Mariah was great at going around and correcting form, felt there was a lot of focus on protecting your joints which was great. Personally I prefer the sculpt class as it is faster paced with less breaks but this class was a nice change up!
