すべてのレビューを表示This was my favorite class at Boost yet! Danielle is a really talented instructor. The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

すべてのレビューを表示Morgan is a gifted teacher. Hard to explain the unique vibe in the room when you feel calm because you know there’s an immaculate plan but you’re also struggling because you’re shaking. It’s an elite experience.

すべてのレビューを表示Great workout. Maybe sit toward the middle if you are new. I wish the microphone/sound quality was better. Can be hard to hear the cueing of the instructor. But Annie’s hands on assists and movement around the room helped considerably w this. I will be back :)

すべてのレビューを表示Nicole was amazing and the only good coach there in the two times I’ve been. Every other coach in there has no idea what they are doing or came from f45. The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.

すべてのレビューを表示Tanner makes working out so fun and playful. I love this class bc I’m getting good movement, stretching and strengthening while playing games so I’m laughing and not paying attention to how long I’ve held a plank or how many squats I’ve done. 10/10 highly recommend!
