    I have been trying different fitness classes at various gyms over the past month, and Fernwood really stood out to me. The club is very clean, well organised, and has friendly, professional staff. This class was excellent. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone was doing the movements correctly. I really enjoyed the positive and supportive atmosphere. It is definitely a class I would like to continue attending.

    I had never been to this studio before but the space is incredible and the staff are welcoming. I was blown away by Susan's yin yoga class. She made the practice so nurturing for everyone and took the time to understand everyone's individual practice level. I left the class feeling so centred and held after a chaotic work day.
