すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely love Caresse’s CycleStrength class. She really encourages you to push your limits but also isn’t on top of you if you’re deciding to take it a bit lighter that day. It’s very much a choose-your-intensity type of thing but she’s always paying attention to your form and explaining the movements. It also helps that she’s an athlete constantly looking to optimize wellness and performance so a lot of the exercises during the strength portion are full body, functional, and very unique. If you’re anything like me, I find they’re incredibly helpful circuits if you’re a runner (regardless of whether you’re advanced or a newbie like myself) or are someone that sits for long periods of time. I also love that the classes are pretty intimate, so classes range from 2-7 people. Highly recommend!

I had never done anything boxing related before and Mark did a great job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable/encouraging us. Melanie had a great encouraging personality and kept me going even when I wanted to give up a few seconds early. Will definitely be back!! I loved the hybrid setting.
