Jumpboard Reformer
すべてのレビューを表示Jinji is such an amazing teacher!! Her classes are sooo fun but she also pays extra attention to everyone’s form - in particular she noticed my hyper-mobility and made sure throughout the class to keep an eye on my form to avoid injury. I will keep coming to her classes for sure :) (The studio itself is also gorgeous!)

すべてのレビューを表示I can be a little intimidated attending new classes as I don’t exercise often but Ina was an excellent teacher that created a really calm space that immediately made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable. One of my favourite yoga classes I’ve attended with a teacher with a great, effortlessly reassuring energy. I’ll be back for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示I went for a 90 min pregnancy massage and my masseuse, Machela, was a magician! Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).

すべてのレビューを表示The shop was very small with not much space to put your belongings, but the massage itself was excellent. She was lovely and asked about the pressure a few times which I appreciated. It is a Chinese massage and acupuncture place so she used different techniques which was cool!

すべてのレビューを表示Nico’s massage was seriously amazing. I didn’t realise how much it was helping at the time, but as someone who has had a stiff neck for the last decade, over the last week, I have finally been able to loosen up my muscles enough to get some relief. 12/10 would recommend!!
