すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed this class! Was my first time attending in over a year and the instructor was really friendly and gave good corrections, even though the class was quite busy. Seems like the issues with damp in the studio have improved a lot too compared to my last visit which is nice to see.

Finding a yoga teacher who is the ‘right fit’ is never easy, but I new straight away with Manon that I had found a solid instructor. She is a warm, authentic teacher and her classes are gently paced yet I still depart at the end feeling like my body has had a good, deep stretch. The quick head massage during the relaxation at the end is always a welcome bonus 😅
