I liked this rather than doing a tiny bit of everything. Instructor was encouraging, gave alternatives to some exercises and managed well the time and flow of the class

As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous about stepping into a new sport, but Agnes gave me an amazing introduction. She explained the core principles in a way that made it easy to understand and also gave me a sense of the mental and physical aspects of the sport. Not only did she teach me basic techniques, but she also took the time to demonstrate more advanced moves.
