すべてのレビューを表示The class was so fun! Both instructors were so nice and friendly as well. I was so glad disposable earplugs were available as I'm very sensitive to loud music. I enjoyed the class more than expected (I've only been to two cycle classes but didn't enjoy them...). My butt hurts right now but the feeling I felt after the class was so worth it 😂

すべてのレビューを表示Easily the best instructor. Is always super helpful by providing gear ranges and rpms. For someone who has torn two ligaments in the ankle this year and had operation a month ago, Wayne’s classes have really helped me track path back to fitness.

Instructor was so friendly and welcoming, giving us beginner-friendly tips where needed, and making sure to check in with each person as the session went on. Cocoon was so restorative and calming, a lovely sensorial experience as she changed the music and lighting to suit what we were doing. Loved how the material hugged and supported my body. Would recommend!
